Job Vacancy: ICT Trainer

We are looking for an ICT Trainer to join our team, delivering engaging and practical training sessions to enhance participants’ computer and digital skills.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver ICT training sessions for individuals or groups
Develop training materials, manuals, and guides
• Assess trainees’ progress and conduct exams or tests to evaluate understanding
• Provide constructive feedback and support to learners
• Assist participants in troubleshooting technical issues
• Stay updated on the latest ICT trends and technologies
• Report training outcomes and challenges to management

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and digital tools
• Experience in training or teaching ICT-related topics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Patience and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Ability to work with diverse groups of learners
• Certification in ICT or related fields is an advantage
