Role Summary

The Creative & Communications Lead is responsible for shaping and maintaining the company’s brand identity across all platforms. This role oversees the design of visual assets, management of digital communication channels, and execution of branding strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms (print, digital, events).

  • Design flyers, promotional materials, and digital assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.

  • Manage app store presence (visuals, screenshots, promotional banners, descriptions).

  • Oversee social media management: content creation, posting schedules, engagement tracking.

  • Collaborate with the product, tech, and business teams to align branding with product features and company strategy.

  • Create engaging storytelling campaigns to highlight the company’s vision, products, and culture.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of branding and communication strategies.

  • Ensure brand guidelines are created, updated, and adhered to by all teams.

  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, or agencies when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Proven experience in graphic design, branding, or digital marketing.

  • Strong skills in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva).

  • Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

  • Experience with copywriting and content creation.

  • Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
